ingredients

454g pack Simon Howie Haggis

300g Simon Howie Pork Sausages (1 pack)

1 egg yolk

50g breadcrumbs

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp ground coriander

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic granules

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Salt and pepper

1. Remove the sausagemeat from their casings and add to a bowl along with the haggis, egg yolk, and the remaining dry ingredients. 2. Bring your BBQ to its ideal temperature for cooking.

3. Once chilled, remove the skewers from the fridge and grill on the hot BBQ, cook until they are piping hot all the way through. This will take approximately 5–10 minutes depending on the heat of your BBQ.
