Premium Steak Sausages 300g
Go on, make your mash happy
A full flavoured and deliciously meaty steak sausage.
Perfect for bangers and mash or on its own in a roll with a dollop of brown sauce.
Shallow fry: Heat a little cooking oil in a pan to medium heat. Place sausages into the pan and cook for 9-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Grill: Place under a pre-heated grill for 12-15 mins turning as required.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190.c (for fan assisted ovens 170.c). Lightly coat with cooking oil, place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 12 – 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
