A real crowd-pleaser, loved by all the family!

Our traditional pork sausage is perfect for breakfast or as part of any family meal.

Shallow fry: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, carefully add the required amount of links and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning as required.

Grill: Place under a pre-heated grill for 12-15 mins turning as required.

Oven: Preheat oven to 190.c (for fan assisted ovens 170.c). Lightly coat with cooking oil, place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 12 – 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
