4 brioche hot dog buns or baguette-style buns
4 Simon Howie sausages (Use our Jumbo Dogs when in supermarkets during the summer months, or our Premium Pork/Premium Steak Sausages all year round)
Butter
Toppings for Cheesy American Dogs
Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
BBQ Sauce
Fried Onions
Mayo
Toppings for Mexican Loaded Dogs
Guacamole
Salsa (Chop up tomatoes, onions and jalepenos and combine, or use pre-made salsa)

1. Cook the sausages on the BBQ or grill according to the packet instructions and leave to cool slightly in a dish.
2. Slice and butter the brioche or baguette buns and place the hot dogs or sausages in the buns.
3. Load up with your chosen toppings from the suggestions on the left and enjoy immediately!
