Simon Howie Steak Burgers
Tortilla Wraps
‘Plastic’ Cheese Slices
Salad and sauces as preferred
Place a wrap on a plastic chopping board then place a Simon Howie Burger in the center.
Flip over the wrap and squish the burger as flat as you can with a plate or similar.
Flip back over and use your fingers to spread the burger meat out even more.
Heat a large frying pan with a drop of oil until hot. Place the wrap, burger side down in the pan and cook for 1 – 2 mins.
Flip over, apply the cheese slice, and then remove from the heat.
Layer up with salad and sauce then fold in half and enjoy! SO Good!!
