Pan Fry: Remove all packaging including casing and clips. Slice into 8-10 equal slices, as required. Lightly oil a pan, and bring to medium heat. Fry for 4-5 minutes, turning frequently.
Boil: Still in the casing, wrap the haggis in tin foil and place in a pan of simmering water for 30-35 minutes, add more water if required.
Microwave: Remove all packaging including casing and clips. Evenly slice, place on a microwaveable dish, cover with cling film, pierce film and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film due to hot steam, break up the haggis with a fork, return to the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving. Always ensure that the centre of the haggis is piping hot before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. This product must be cooked before eating.
