Our Wee Black Pudding makes the perfect recipe component. Here’s how you make yours!

Serves: 6
ingredients
2 finely diced onions
50g butter
1 large cooking apple
x 2 200g wee black pudding
400g of pork sausage meat
A handful of dried sage
150g Granary breadcrumbs
Pinch of cracked black pepper.
Method
On medium heat, fry the diced onion in butter for 5 minutes, then add the chopped apple. Cook for a further 5minutes until softened.
Slice and crumble black pudding and pork sausagemeat into mix. Stir, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Remove from pan, move to large bowl and cool.
Add sage, breadcrumbs, black pepper and mix.
Roll stuffing mix into small balls. Arrange on foil, place in baking tray and cover.
Bake in oven for 30-35mins at 180C. Serve with your Christmas feast and enjoy!
