How to cook a haggis in the microwave
Original Haggis 454g Vegetarian Haggis 454g

ingredients

Simon Howie Haggis (meat or vegetarian!)

Original Haggis 454g Vegetarian Haggis 454g

Method

  1. Remove the haggis from all packaging including casing and clips.
  2. Slice into chunks and place in a microwavable bowl.
  3. Cover with clingfilm and pierce several times.
  4. Cook on full power (800W) for 3 minutes.
  5. Carefully peel back film and mash haggis with a fork.
  6. Recover with the film and return to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
  7. Once ready carefully remove film and serve.
