How to air fryer a haggis

The newest way to cook a haggis! I’ll leave you to work out if you can air fry neeps and tatties!!

ingredients

Simon Howie Haggis (Original, Vegetarian or Gluten Free)

(Increase timings for Chieftain Haggis and reduce for Wee Haggis)

Method

  1. Remove the haggis from the outer bag but keep in the casing and clips.
  2. Put the haggis in an air fryer liner and make a large slice across the top of the haggis casing.
  3. Cook the haggis for 10 mins at 190
  4. Remove the haggis from the air fryer and carefully remove the haggis from its casing. Discard the casing and clips and then mash the haggis.
  5. Return the haggis to the air fryer and cook for a further 10 mins at 190.
  6. Serve the piping hot haggis.
  7. Do not reheat.
