A little slice of veggie happiness
The perfect addition to a vegetarian cooked breakfast, offering all the taste of the classic Scottish favourite with none of the meat.
For best results, pan fry.
Pan fry: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan to between a medium and high heat. Remove the sausage slices from the pack and fry for 5 – 6 minutes, turning as required.
Always ensure that the centre of the sausage slices are piping hot before serving.
