Our Premium Pork Sausages are made to a classic and traditional recipe, using top quality pork meat blended with a light seasoning. Perfect sausages for any time of the day from breakfast through to dinner.

SHALLOW FRY: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, carefully add the required amount of links and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning as required.
GRILL: Place under a pre-heated grill for 12-15 mins turning as required.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 190.c (for fan assisted ovens 170.c). Lightly coat with cooking oil, place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 12 – 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
