Simon Howie Haggis 454g (Original or Vegetarian or Gluten Free)

Increase time for Chiefain, decrease for the Wee Haggis

Method

  1. Remove the haggis from the outer bag but keep in casing and clips.
  2. Wrap the haggis tightly in aluminum foil
  3. Place in a large pan of boiling water so that the haggis is just covered by water.
  4. Reduce the heat and gently simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Top up with more water if required.
  6. Once ready carefully remove the foil.
  7. Carefully slice open the haggis and serve.
