Grilling is one of the most popular ways to cook bacon! Just preheat your grill to 400F and place the strips down. Lay the bacon out on the skillet, and let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness. Don’t forget to FLIP midway and turn each slice to ensure a nice even cook! Cooking on the grill is a great way to capture all of the great flavours of the fats as they escape and collects in the pan underneath, and a grill-tastic way to help eliminate excessive fat. Foods cooked in the microwave offer just as much nutrition as foods cooked using other methods. Just place the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels, place more paper towels on top to help absorb excess fat or splatter, then microwave on high until crispy, approx 4/5 minutes.

This method is perfect for cooking streaky bacon. Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, grab each rasher on both ends and begin to twist before placing them in a lined baking tray. Place the tray in the oven and bake for approx 20-25 mins, and remove from the oven. This method allows you to cook far more bacon in one go in comparison to the other methods. In fact, you can fit several packs in the oven without any overlap. Not only that, it cooks the perfectly balanced slice. Both chewy and crispy!
