Each steak burger is approx. 115g or £0.95 each £8.25 per kg.
GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Place onto suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning ocassionally.
PAN FRY: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Fry for 7-9 minutes, turn as required.
BBQ: Lightly coat the burgers in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently. Ensure there is no pink colour left in the middle prior to consumption.
