Spicy beef stir fry of beef, onions, peppers and a piri piri marinade. Best eaten within 48 hours of purchase and while it could be frozen we believe it is at its best eaten fresh.
Buy in packs of 250g (feeds 1) or 500g (feeds 2)
Preheat the pan to moderately hot. The meat needs to sizzle when you add it to the pan. Keep the heat moderately high; this should be enough to keep the meat sizzling without burning.
Add the stir fry to the hot pan and flip and stir until the meat is cooked through and serve with rice or noodles.
Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
