Classic Breakfast Black Pudding 240g
A slice of tradition
Our Classic Breakfast Black Pudding blends warm spices with the sweetness of apple for a wonderful flavour and a beautifully balanced taste.
Grill: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove black pudding from packaging and place onto a suitable tray then cook under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for approximately 6 – 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Pan Fry: Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan, to medium heat. Remove black pudding from the packaging and fry for approximately 6 – 8 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required during cooking.
Microwave: Remove product from the tray and place on a microwave plate. Cover with cling film. Pierce film and place in the microwave for 2 minutes on 800W. Remove from microwave and carefully peel off the film, as hot steam will be generated. For best results leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Air Fryer: Remove the black pudding from the pack. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for approx. 6 mins. Flip the slices halfway through the cooking time.
Always ensure that the centre of the pudding is piping hot before serving.

Although the black pudding has been cooked once at the factory, it is produced in a raw area, so we must also class the finished product as raw. ‘Ready to eat’ products need to be produced in a high care department which our puddings are not, therefore we do not consider these products fit to be eaten straight from the packaging – they must be thoroughly re-heated prior to consumption.
