Our award-winning haggis rolled in crispy breadcrumbs! Our Haggis Bon Bons are delicious as a starter served with peppercorn sauce or for an irresistible snack!

Contains 12 bon bons.

NOW AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH TO APRIL!!

 

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C (165°C for fan assisted ovens or gas mark 4). Remove bon bons from packaging, place onto a pre-heated baking tray. Lightly spray with cooking oil, then place in the centre of the oven for approximately 15 – 18 minutes.

Deep fry: Pre-heat fryer to 170°C. Remove bon bons from packaging and deep fry for approximately 2-3 minutes.

As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Always ensure that the bon bons are piping hot before serving.

Haggis (80%): Lamb Lungs (33%), Seasoning (Oatmeal (16%), Dried Onion, Barley Flakes, Salt, Spices), Water, Beef Fat (13%), Beef Liver (10%), Beef Heart (5%) Batter Mix (12%): Pasteurised Liquid Egg, Water, Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine). Breadcrumb (8%): Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Yeast, Salt.
