Simon Howie is treating food lovers to a brand new look across its core products, including national favourites: Wee Black Pudding, Scottish Dry Cure Smoked Back Bacon and Premium Steak Sausage.
The re-launch will see a clear and impactful new design across the range, designed to celebrate the brand’s Scottish roots and heritage. Launching in all the major supermarkets across the country this month, the re-brand will be supported by social and PR campaigns including three new short films focused on Simon Howie’s “astonishing, accomplished and distinguished” brand attributes.
Simon Howie comments: “This new look reflects the quality of our products, our pride in our Scottish roots and the passion myself and the team have put into the brand over the last thirty years. I remember fondly those early days in the local shop aged 19; really exhilarating when I think back, it’s great to see how far the brand has come, and I’m really excited to see the new packaging on the shelves.”
Otherwise known as ‘The Scottish Butcher’, thanks to its local heritage and produce, Simon Howie offers quality products, offering the ideal solution for delicious everyday meals.
When it comes to our national preferences, sales results[1], released today, show the real penchant for Simon Howie’s Wee Black Pudding sits in the East with the Dalkeith, Edinburgh Corstorphine and Musselburgh Tesco stores leading the way in sales. Glaswegians, however, take the lead when it comes to the Simon Howie Premium Steak Lorne (RRP £2) with Glasgow Shettleston, Glasgow St Rollox and Glasgow Silverburn featuring in the top 5 best selling Tesco stores.
