Black pudding is naturally high in iron, which contributes to normal energy levels and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. One 100g serving provides 100% of your daily iron NRV.
Each slice contains 7g of protein, helping to support muscle growth and maintenance.
Water, Beef Fat (18%), Gluten Free Oatmeal, Pork (12%), Dried Blood Powder (7%), Rice Flour, Salt, Spices (Pimento, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Cayenne, Coriander), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove black pudding from the packaging and place onto a suitable tray then cook under the grill (do not place directly under heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for approximately 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
PAN FRY: Heat a little oil in a pan to medium heat. Remove black pudding from the packaging and fry for approximately 6-8 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required while cooking.
AIR FRY: Remove the black pudding from the pack. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for approx. 6 mins. Flip the slices halfway through the cooking time.
Always ensure that the product is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
