Our award-winning Smoked Back Bacon is dry cured by hand using our own special cure and matured for seven days.
It is then smoked gently over beech wood in our purpose built smokehouse here in Perthshire, before being thickly cut and carefully layered in the pack so all the slices can be seen and easily lifted.
