Black Pudding Bon Bons 240g
Bites of our warming black pudding rolled in golden breadcrumbs – the ideal festive starter!
Contains 12 bon bons.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C (165°C for fan assisted ovens or gas mark 4). Remove bon bons from packaging, place onto a pre-heated baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil, then cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15 – 18 minutes.
Deep fry: Pre-heat fryer to 170°C. Remove bon bons from packaging and deep fry for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.

Black Pudding (80%): Water, Seasoning (Oatmeal, Rusk (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt), Dried Blood (4.9%), Oat Flakes, Dried Onion, Salt, Spices (Pimento, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, White Pepper), Stabiliser (Diphosphates)), Beef Fat.
Egg Glaze: Pasteurised Liquid Egg, Water, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine).
Breadcrumb: Wheat Flour ((Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Yeast, Salt), Crack Black Pepper.
