We are pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Wernsen-Towler as a company Director at Simon Howie Foods. Katherine has been Technical Manager with us since June 2021 and we are delighted to now promote her to the board as Technical Director (March 2023).
As Technical Director, Katherine will continue to use her years of technical management experience to ensure the business continues to operate to the highest standards of food safety and quality and to lead and motivate the greater team with process-driven success.
Prior to working with Simon Howie Foods, Katherine was Head of Technical at Kettle Produce Ltd and an auditor so she has vast knowledge in what is required to meet the high standards we operate to. Katherine has also held posts in both Portugal and Kenya so not only has she the breadth of experience, her career journey has made it rich and diverse and her style and leadership style is dynamic and engaging as a result.
