This time around, we’ve collaborated with two of Scotland’s best-loved brands, Walker’s Shortbread and Mrs Tilly’s, on a new and improved recipe featuring delicious chunks of all-butter shortbread and fudge, creating an indulgent and unique dessert that’s sold as a haggis!
Chocolate Haggis is back in new blue packaging, thanks to a few legal letters, and is available from Boxign Day, so definitely not just for Burns Night! Chocolate Haggis is the puddin’ your weekend has been waiting for!

While Simon has been in the butchery business since a young age, his musical career started even earlier!
Simon has been playing the accordion since he was 7 years old! 🪗
He formed the Scottish Dance Band a few years before opening his first butcher shop!

Born and bred in Dunning, Michelle is a bit of a local celebrity thanks to her success on the bowling green. 🎯
She’s known Simon all her life as her mum used to babysit Simon and his brothers, Angus and Norman, and she’s been a much-loved part of the Simon Howie team for 25 years! ❤️
And if you ask Michelle what her favourite thing to make is? The big Beef Wellingtons we make at Christmas. 🥩🎄
