OVEN: Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan-assisted ovens)/ Gas mark 5. Remove the meatballs from the pack, lightly coat with cooking oil and place onto a suitable baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. PAN FRY: Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the meatballs from the pack and fry for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally. AIR FRY: Remove the meatballs from the packaging. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for 12 mins, turning halfway through cooking Always ensure that the centre of the meatballs are piping hot before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. |
