Well… Deck the halls! This sure crept up on us fast! Ladies and gents, it’s that time of year again. You know the one… The time of year when we make the most important announcement of 2022! Our Christmas order books are NOW OPEN and we invite you to visit our festive Christmas website to place your order online safely, securely and with ease. While it’s been a difficult year for all involved and we can’t thank you enough for your ongoing support, we remain committed to delivering your Christmas favourites and we’re confident what we have on offer for 2022 will jump-start your Christmas cravings and ensure you and your loved ones have everything they need to enjoy a Wowie little Christmas!
Whether you order from us every year, or this is your very first time, we’re certain you’re going to winter wonder(land) what you did without us! That’s because the 2022 range is full of feast-worthy fancies. Like our hassle-free, perfectly portioned Christmas Packs & Trimmings Packs, Turkeys, Roasts, Cured Ham, Game, Steak Pies, Breakfast, all of your Everyday Favourites and everything you need for Hogmanay. All you’ll have left to do is throw everything in the oven and pour yourself a Prosecco or two (we’re not counting…promise!).
You can place your Christmas or Hogmanay order online from October 6th through to December 16th. And we’ll get your order ready for collection or local delivery on December 22nd, 23rd or 24th OR the 28th, 29th, 30th 0r 31st for Hogmanay orders, whichever day you select at checkout. Just visit our website, fill your basket, and select your collection date from our Perth or Auchterarder shop, or your local delivery date when prompted. Please note: there is a £4.99 charge for all Christmas deliveries.
All Christmas orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. That being said, paying for your order is easy! You can checkout online and pay using all major debit or credit cards, and for peace of mind, we’ll send you a confirmation email detailing what’s on order, your payment method and your collection or delivery date. If ordering online is not your thing, you can always give us a call or pop into our Perth or Auchterarder shop where one of our friendly butchers will take your order and payment.
We get it. Things happen! You picked the wrong gravy, or forgot your favourite stuffing balls! If you need to amend an order, we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests. We will simply send you a secure payment link to settle any additional costs or refund you as appropriate. We always do our best to help so if you have any special order requests, please leave us a customer note at checkout and we’ll try our best to get you what you need, however, please be aware that certain items like our Christmas Packs & Trimming Packs are fixed items and cannot be adjusted.
Orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given after the 16th of December.

PH4 – Blackford
PH5 – Muthill, Machany, Westerton
PH7 – Crieff, Fowlis Wester, Madderty
You can then check out for your Christmas order from now until December 16th when our order books will close! So why wait? Get one thing ticked off the Christmas list! When you checkout, you will be able to select a collection or delivery date of December 22nd, 23rd or 24th for Christmas OR the 28th, 29th, 30th 0r 31st for Hogmanay orders. So, if you’re placing an order for both Christmas and New Year, please be aware you will need to place two separate orders.
Orders MUST be collected from the shop specified on the day requested. Orders will not be available to collect prior to the date arranged.
The shops are open from 7 am for festive collections but our system is very efficient and there are no long queues throughout the day so please don’t feel you need to come early to avoid a long wait. The longest queue of the day is at 7 am waiting for the shop to open!
While we can’t give you a delivery slot, all deliveries should be made before 4 pm and as early as possible each day. Please feel free to leave a cool box in a safe place and instruct us where to leave your order in the customer notes section of the checkout to save you from having to wait at home.
TOP TIP: Bring a bag for life! Orders can be tricky to carry and a large and sturdy bag will make things much easier!
Please note that while order books are planned to stay open until the 16th of December certain items or delivery slots may sell out before then and become unavailable. To avoid any disappointment please place your order as soon as possible. If we have to close Order Books prior to the 16th we will announce this on our social channels and give our customers as much warning as possible.
