Preheat the oven to 200 C (fan oven 180 C, 400 F, gas 6). Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Wash and pat dry the chicken and season on both sides. Arrange the chicken, skin side up, on the prepared tray
Mix the mustard with the honey and brush thickly over the chicken and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and cooked through. Drain and serve immediately

2tbsp wholegrain mustard
2tbsp clear honey
