Introducing the First-Ever Simon Howie Puddin’ Race!
We’re thrilled to launch the inaugural Puddin’ Race in celebration of Burns Night 2026!
Join us at our farm on Sunday 25th January for a unique 5K route—past the factory, around the wind turbine, and through the village of Dunning—before finishing back at the farm to claim your well-earned medal and haggis!
The champion will be crowned The Great Chieftain o’ The Puddin’ Race, and after the run we’ll have food and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
For younger runners, there’s also a free 1K kids race for ages 12 and under—so bring the whole family along for the fun.
We can’t wait to see you there!
The route starts at the private farm buildings opposite the Simon Howie factory in Dunning, Perthshire. After crossing over Muckhart Road, it continues along a private farm track to the company’s wind turbine and then up a slight incline of farm track until emerging back onto Muckhart Road. The route continues down the road towards the village before looping round and back up the road to the same farm track as before. The route then follows the same farm tracks in reverse, crosses back over Muckhart Road, and finishes at the same farm buildings where it started.
