Add the smoky, spicy flavours of Nduja sausage to your next BBQ. This mildly spicy sausage made with prime cuts of 100% UK pork will taste like sunshine, whatever the weather.

Pork (80%), Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Spices (1%) (Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Cayenne, Nutmeg, White Pepper, Fennel), Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Emulsifier (Sodium Diphosphate), Garlic Powder, Crushed Chilli (0.5%), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Yeast Extract, Paprika Extract, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). Sausages filled into alginate casing.

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens)/ Gas Mark 5. Remove the sausages from the pack and lightly coat with cooking oil. Place onto a suitable baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the sausages from the pack, place sausages onto a suitable tray and cook under the grill (do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.

PAN FRY: Heat a little oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack and fry for 12-14 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required while cooking.
BBQ: Remove the sausages from the pack, lightly coat the sausages in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently.
AIR FRY: Remove the sausages from the pack. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for 12 mins. Turn the sausages halfway through the cooking time.

Always ensure that the centre of the sausages are piping hot before serving.
