Add a little something special to your season’s eatings with our Smoky Bacon & Pork Bon Bons!
Pork sausagemeat mixed with our dry cure smoked bacon, and coated in golden breadcrumbs.
Contains 12 bon bons.
Oven: Preheat oven to approximately 180 °C (160°C for fan assisted ovens). Remove the bon bons from the packaging and place on preheated tray, lightly spray with cooking oil and cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
Deep fry: Preheat fryer to 170.C. Remove bon bons from packaging and deep fry for approximately 3-4 minutes.
Always ensure that the centre of the bon bons are piping hot before serving.
Once cooked, the bon bons may retain their naturally pink colour due to the presence of the minced bacon.
