Silverside Beef  (96%), Sea Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Typical values per 100g (uncooked): Energy 474kJ/112kcal, Fat 1.9g – of which saturates 0.8g, Carbohydrates 0.9g – of which sugars 0.4g, Protein 22.6g, Salt 2.1g.

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.

PAN FRY: Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging, place the bacon in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required during cooking.
GRILL: Preheat grill to full heat. Remove all packaging, place the bacon onto a suitable tray and place under the grill (do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for approximately 5 minutes, turning several times throughout.
AIR FRY: Remove the bacon from the pack. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the max crisp setting at 240°C for approx. 6 mins. Flip the bacon halfway through the cooking time.

Always ensure that the product is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
