Premium Dry Cure Smoked Bacon Medallions 200g

8 lean bacon medallions. Dry-cured by hand and traditionally smoked over beechwood with no added water.

Pork (96%), Sea Salt (3.4%), Yeast Extract, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate), Anti-Oxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Salt.

IMPORTANT– This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.  

PAN FRY: Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging, place the bacon in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required during cooking.  

GRILL: Preheat grill to full heat. Remove all packaging, place the bacon onto a suitable tray under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx 10cm space). Grill for approximately 5 minutes, turning throughout.  

Always ensure that the product is fully cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
