Butcher's style pork sausages
Straight from the butcher’s counter! Six pork links, perfect for a roll and sausage.
SHALLOW FRY: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, carefully add the required amount of links and fry over a medium heat for 4-7 mins, turning as required.
GRILL: Place under a pre-heated grill for 6-8 mins turning as required.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 190.c (for fan assisted ovens 170.c). Lightly coat with cooking oil, place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
