This convenient bundle of gluten-free pork sausage meat is perfect for using as an ingredient in home cooking or as stuffing for your next roast dinner!

Cooking instructions:
This is a raw product and must be fully cooked before consumption. Prior to cooking remove sausage meat from all the packaging, including casing and metal clips.
Oven: Preheat oven to approximately 190 degrees, or 170 for fan assisted ovens/Gas mark 5.
To cook as a slab: Place sausage meat in a baking tray and press until you have an even thickness of approximately 1 inch/2 cm. Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes.
To cook as stuffing balls: Divide the sausage meat into 10 evenly sized pieces and roll into tight balls. Place on a lined baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Always ensure that the centre of the sausage meat is piping hot before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
Do not reheat.
