Our Unsmoked Back Bacon is dry cured by hand with our own unique cure and allowed to mature for seven days, resulting in flavoursome and succulent rashers of bacon.
Our bacon is thickly cut and has no added water – just as it should be.
Once cut, the bacon rashers are carefully layered in the pack so all the slices can be seen and easily lifted from the pack to the pan.
