Curried Haggis Bon Bons
Hot and spicy haggis!
Spicy and delicious! Our ever-popular haggis bon bons with a hot and spicy twist rolled in a poppadum style crumb!

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (160 °C for fan-assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Remove the bon bons from the packaging and place on to a preheated tray, lightly spray with cooking oil then cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15-18 minutes.
DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 170°C. Remove the bon bons from the packaging and deep fry for approximately 2-3 minutes.
AIR FRY: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Remove bon bons from packaging, place in air fryer drawer lightly spray with oil and cook for 10 minutes.
Always ensure that the centre of the bon bons are piping hot before serving.
