Black Label Premium Pigs in Blankets 300g

Kick your Christmas trimmings up a notch with our Black Label Premium Pigs in Blankets!

Delicious bites of our gluten free 97% Pork Sausages wrapped in our dry cure, smoked streaky bacon.

Available for a limited time only during the festive period.

Oven: Preheat oven to approximately 190 °C (170 °C for fan assisted ovens). Remove the sausages from the pack and lightly coat with cooking oil. Place on  a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 16 – 18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all sausages from the pack, place onto a suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 12 – 16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Pan fry: Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan to a medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack, place in the pan and cook for 10 – 12 minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required during cooking.

Air Fry: Place in the compartment and cook on the airfry setting at 180 °C for 10 – 12 minutes turning once.

Always ensure that the centre of the pigs in blankets are piping hot and no pink colour remains before serving.
