2 6oz restaurant-style burgers made with prime cuts of Aberdeen Angus beef.

GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the burgers from the pack, place them onto a suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 15-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

PAN FRY: Heat a little cooking oil in a pan on medium heat. Remove the burgers from the pack and fry for 14-15 minutes, turning as required.

BBQ: Remove the burgers from the pack, lightly coat in cooking oil then barbeque over medium heat, turning frequently. Ensure there is no pink colour left in the middle prior to consumption.

Air Fryer: Place 2 burgers into the compartment. Set controls to 190 and 17-18 mins. Flip the burgers halfway through cooking.

Always ensure that the centre of the burger is piping hot before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
