4 Pork Sausage Breakfast Patties

Fast food at home! Delicious and versatile pork patties make the perfect breakfast muffin stack but are sure to be a hit with everyone, no matter how you dress them up. It’s time to get stuck in.

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.

GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove sausages from all packaging, place the slices onto a suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

PAN FRY: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the sausages from all packaging and fry for 7-9minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required while cooking.

Always ensure that the centre of the food is piping hot before serving.
