At Simon Howie, we are acutely aware of the need for greater transparency and traceability in the supply chain. Regardless of what you eat, we appreciate that you want to know exactly what you are eating and trust that it is being produced to the highest expected standards.

All our meat is supplied by producers who are based predominantly in Scotland. In addition we have suppliers throughout the rest of the UK who help ensure we always have enough meat to meet our customers demands.  We have worked with all our suppliers for many years and constantly check that they are following, and exceeding, industry welfare standards and producing the best quality meats.  In addition, all meat that arrives with us is checked for quality before it is processed further by our team.
