You will not find better ready meals anywhere. The quality and taste of all the products I’ve had so far has been sublime. Finest meat and chicken I’ve ever tasted. The presentation is great and such a good variety with easy cooking. The online ordering is so easy and the delivery service is excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve said it before – Simon Howie is the best butcher in town. Love the chicken and steak rounds (my husband’s favourite) and the haggis, neeps and tatties are delicious. I have never yet had a meal I haven’t enjoyed and will continue to shop at Simon Howie for hopefully many years to come.

This time I bought ribeye steaks and individual steak pies (pack of 2).  I always buy enough to freeze.

The ribeye steaks are full of flavour and very tender.

The steak pies are the best we have tasted with plenty of good sized chunks of beef.  I often buy an extre pot. of steak pie gravy.

The staff in the Perth shop are always very helpful and friendly.  Nothing is too much trouble.

Ready meals are so good and reasonably priced, would highly recommend!

I always buy the Breakfast packs as you can choose if you want smoked bacon or unsmoked you also get a choice of pork or steak sausage .

I get a different roast each time this week I got the lamb and it looks lovely.

Ready meals delivered to my door!  The meals are tasty, good portion size, you feel that you have had a meal after eating them, you do not have to add extras. Good quality and good value. Delivered locally too, ideal. Have bought it many times before and would definitely recommend it.

£30 meat pack and garlic chicken stir fry We love it all, I picked up my order and then worked out meals for the week, so Saturday night we had garlic chicken stir fry, Sunday we had steak pie, there are 3 of us so quite enough with potatoes and veg, the sausages I will cook and make my own homemade quiche, the mince will be chilli con Carne or Bolognese, the chicken breasts will be used for lives, we don’t eat meat every day as we like fish also.

I think the powers that be would like us all to become vegetarian, but not in my home, I will continue to support local businesses,farmers, butchers, so thanks.

We received our delivery today as requested. Everything in the order looks great. Mince, fillet pieces, stir fry   beef olives and many more.  Everything looks fresh and delicious.  Enough meals for 11 days at a great price, worth every penny.

I get a weekly order delivered and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The sliced honey glazed ham was delicious, and lovely thin slices perfect on a sandwich or with salad. Steak and gravy pies (2 pack) are the best I’ve tasted. Chicken korma and chicken tikka ready meals with rice are full of flavour. Would definitely recommend.

We usually buy our meats from supermarket but having bought products from our local Simon Howie butcher, we have decided that we will be buying from butcher in future. I did click & collect online as I was unable to get any meat from the supermarkets. I have 4 children so getting meat was essential. I went to the Perth butchers to pick up my order & I must say the service I received was amazing.

Ordered a BBQ Pack through click and collect on Friday afternoon, collected first thing Saturday morning. Great service and great food. Added a couple of Ribeye steaks on collection of pack, which were superb on the BBQ.

I make the trip from Edinburgh to Perth several times a year to stock up on lots of meat products but particularly the brisket. I have never tasted better brisket and always get lovely and plentiful gravy from it.

Used Click and Collect service to order £50 meat pack, collected next day. Excellent service from staff and meat pack excellent value – would highly recommend.

Venison haunch steaks – Have bought these for friends who cannot access a local source and they are rated absolutely excellent. We have always enjoyed all venison supplied by Simon Howie.
