Click & Collect Terms and Conditions

By placing a Click and Collect order, you reserve your items online without paying anything upfront. The order value you are given online is an estimate as your final order value will be based on the actual meat weights given, rather than that ordered. We will endeavour to keep the weight as close as possible to those requested and will email you the final order value and your collection number prior to your expected arrival. When you place an order with us for Click & Collect, the date and shop location for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order.

Please note that you will be unable to collect your order on an earlier date than that agreed or from a different location. If you wish to change the date or location of pick up please email collect@simonhowiefoods.co.uk or call the shop to rearrange (Perth: 01738 626 376 Auchterarder: 01764 664 888)

Orders not collected on the date agreed will be held for another day where possible, although we cannot guarantee that your order will be available to collect after the date agreed has passed. The team will contact you at COP on the agreed date if your order has not been collected. If you fail to collect 2 orders in a row we will unfortunately not be able to accept any future orders from you.

Please bring your collection number with you to collect your order and quote the surname given when placing the order.
