2 Tennessee Inspired Smoky Memphis Burgers 227g

Rich, smoky BBQ flavours, perfect for the grill. Made from prime cuts of 100% UK beef to create our delicious Smoky Memphis Burgers.

Grill: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the burgers from the pack, place onto suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 15 – 16 minutes, turning occasionally.

Pan Fry: Heat a little cooking oil in a pan on medium heat. Remove the burgers from the pack and fry for 14 – 15 minutes, turning as required.

BBQ: Remove the burgers from the pack, lightly coat in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently.

Air Fryer: Place 2 burgers into the compartment. Set controls to 190 and 14 mins. Flip the burgers halfway through cooking.

Always ensure that the centre of the burger is piping hot and that no pink colour remains before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
