Pork sausagemeat mixed with our dry cure smoked bacon, and coated in golden breadcrumbs.
Available for a limited time during the festive period.

IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (165°C for fan assisted ovens). Remove bon bons from packaging and place onto a preheated baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil, then cook in the centre of the oven for approximately 15-18 minutes.
Deep fry: Preheat fryer to 170°C. Remove bon bons from packaging and deep fry for approximately 8-10 minutes.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Remove bon bons from packaging, place in air fryer drawer lightly spray with oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
Always ensure that the centre of the bon bons are piping hot before serving.
