It’s white pudding’s time to shine!
Our recipe of rolled oats and spices is carefully combined for a beautifully sweet finish. Easily sliced to your desired thickness, it is a superb alternative to its darker cousin – Wee Black Pudding.
Our top tip: Use our Wee White Pudding as stuffing for a succulent roast chicken.
Boil: Remove the pudding from the box, still in the casing, wrap the pudding in tin foil and place in a pan of simmering water for 30-35 minutes, add more boiling water if required.
Microwave: Remove all packaging including casings and clips. Evenly slice, place in a microwavable dish, cover with cling film, pierce film and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film due to hot steam, break up the pudding with a fork, return to the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.
