Our Original Haggis is made to our own traditional recipe by our team of award winning butchers. With a delicious blend of Lamb, Beef, Onion, Oatmeal, Barley and mixed spices. Cooked and sold in the traditional way this is the perfect choice for a Burns supper.
Boil: Wrap the haggis in foil to help protect it, bring to the boil and then gently simmer for $$ minutes.
Oven: Wrap the haggis in foil to help protect it. Place in an oven proof dish and fill with water until half the haggis is underwater. Check water level from time to time during cooking and top up as necessary. Cook in a preheated oven for $$ minutes (190°c gas mark 5)
