Chicken Sausages 300g
They'll cockle-doodle-do nicely.
Deliciously simple, lightly seasoned chicken sausages.
Pan Fry: Heat 1 – 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack and fry for 10 – 12 minutes turning several times. Lower heat if required while cooking.
Grill: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place the sausages onto suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 10 – 12 minutes, turning several times throughout.
Oven: Preheat oven to approximately 190 °C (175 °C for fan assisted ovens). Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 14 – 16 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Always ensure that the centre of the sausage is piping hot and no pink colour remains before serving.
