Our Black Label Pork Sausages are the ideal choice for dinnertime; lean, juicy, and bursting with flavour.
With a meat content of 97% UK pork, this is the perfect premium sausage for the discerning palate, or those following a high-protein diet.
Not to mention, they’re also gluten and dairy free!
OVEN: Preheat oven to approximately 190°C (180°C fan assisted). Remove the sausages rom the pack, lightly coat in cooking oil, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 18-22 minutes, turning occasionally.
GRILL: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove sausages from the pack, place onto a suitable tray and cook under the grill. (Do not cook directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Frill for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
PAN FRY: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan to a medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack, place in the pan, and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently. Lower the heat if required while cooking.
Always ensure that the centre of the food is piping hot and that no pink colour remains before serving.
