4 Pork Olives 400g
Home cooked comforts.
Thinly cut pork loin with a pork, sage, and onion stuffing centre.
IMPORTANT – This is a RAW product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
To brown before cooking: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Remove olives from all packaging and fry for 2-3 mins, turning frequently. Once browned place in an oven proof dish and follow oven instructions below
OVEN: Preheat Oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) Gas Mark 6. Remove olives from all packaging and either brown first or place directly into an oven proof dish. Add enough water to ensure the bottom half of each olive is covered. Cover and place the dish in the oven and cook for 35 minutes, turning the olives halfway through cooking. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and serve.
We recommend adding some diced root vegetables and chicken stock to the dish just before cooking, to give the olives a resulting liquid a bit of extra flavour.
Always ensure that the centre of the product is piping hot before serving.
